Vinay Residence Thane

The Residence situated in the beautifully developed campus of Hiranandani estate Thane. The openness in the layout planning and light colors in the interiors really makes the space more breathable.

Provision of the wide clean clear window allows more natural lights to come in. A simple white ceiling and white TV back panel with the diffuse light make the movie experience more enjoyable.

The place is blessed with an astounding ecological wealth and is famous for its splendid view, the river, and serenity all around. The site being a prime location of the valley which spread over approximately 1 acre of land, to create a landmark was the main challenge.

The initial phase of the project was spent on creating a central vision, without making any major alterations to the existing framework and keeping the budget compact. Interventions like, sitting spaces along the river and space for bonfire were given on the site.

Allahabad Residence Prayagraj

The site area of this upcoming residence is 1800 sqft. In this single-family residence, it has an office, parking , and 4 bedrooms.

A small courtyard in the building keeps every corner of the interior space fills with natural light in the day time. To highlight the corner-front facade of the building is proposed with the dark stone cladding within contrasting with other exteriors.

Whoopers Hostel Jibhi

Whoopers, Jibhi is composed of two domes where one is for private living & one created as a six bedded dormitory.

The site also accommodates another dormitory which is finished with an exposed brick façade with large glass fenestrations. This property is introduced with numerous colours, a great example of this was to revamp the existing bridge by hanging colourful umbrellas all over it..

Pankaj Residence Sec 108

Noida became a locus for many residential projects in NCR. Pawan’s residence, where the brief from the client was a house that is designed with modern techniques and functions

Zoning for the house is been carried to make internal planning interesting, spaces like a home theatre, an informal living space, large balconies, and terrace garden for gatherings were distributed all over the house of 3 storeys and a basement.
